Off Cut Cocktail Club returns this September - and this one’s for the “Locals Only!”
Calgary has some exceptional distilleries - some more well-known than others, and some hidden gems! We're highlighting four separate establishments with four custom cocktails from our stellar bar team - each paired with its own scrumptious complementary small bite plate courtesy of our culinary team, led by Chefs Michael Noble and Landon Schwarz!

Starting in November, we will be hosting Off Cut Cocktail Club on both the Saturday & the Sunday of the long weekend in order to reach a greater audience of cocktail connoisseurs!
Join our guest, Wayne Henuset, founder of El Tequileño Tequila, as he guides you through the world of Mexico’s most renowned spirit, while you taste test four custom cocktails from Off Cut Bar’s brilliant roster of bartenders! Each drink will be paired alongside four small bite plates curated by Chefs Michael Noble & Landon Schwarz!
